These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by DEDIROOM LIMITED, including dedicated servers, VPS services, hosting solutions, and related infrastructure services.

By ordering, accessing, or using any service provided by DEDIROOM LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

DEDIROOM LIMITED is a Hong Kong-based company with its registered office at Unit B, 11/F, Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Services

DEDIROOM LIMITED provides infrastructure-related services including, but not limited to, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, hosting solutions, server deployment assistance, network optimization, and secure data management services. All services are provided subject to availability, technical feasibility, and compliance review.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all activity conducted through their account and services. Customers must ensure that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and server access details.
  • You must not use our services for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless a managed backup service is explicitly included in your plan.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any service that, in our sole judgment, threatens the security, stability, legality, or integrity of our infrastructure or third-party providers.

We may investigate abuse reports, complaints, chargeback-related issues, or policy violations and take immediate action where necessary, including temporary suspension without prior notice.

Payments and Billing

All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed by the due date shown on the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of the service.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, banking fees, transfer charges, or payment processor fees associated with their payments, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, DEDIROOM LIMITED may suspend the affected services immediately and request additional verification before any further service is provided.

Refund Policy

DEDIROOM LIMITED offers a refund period of 4 days from the initial service activation date for eligible services, unless the service is specifically marked as non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels within the refund period. After the refund window has expired, payments are non-refundable.

The following services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • Licenses, software add-ons, and third-party products
  • Custom configurations, setup fees, and one-time services
  • Services suspended or terminated بسبب abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations

If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving misuse of service, policy violations, excessive resource abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to evade service restrictions.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and stable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, upstream failures, datacenter incidents, network disruptions, and third-party outages may affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEDIROOM LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or service interruptions arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the most recent billing period.

Termination

Customers may request cancellation of services in accordance with the billing cycle and cancellation procedures available in the client area. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless it falls within the applicable refund policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time where necessary to protect our business, infrastructure, legal position, or compliance obligations.

Changes to These Terms

DEDIROOM LIMITED may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will become effective once published on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
